I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were exactly what I expected - very comfortable and clean. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect for my activities, very convenient and central. The dining experience was above average for a hotel breakfast, offering plenty of good options. My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was very comfortable and well-designed, equipped with a fridge and microwave, spacious, and clean. However, a failed night cooling system made the room uncomfortably warm, which disrupted my sleep. The service, characterized by hardworking and accommodating staff who had 'to Go' bags ready and were pleasant and helpful overall, made up for some of the inconveniences. The location was superb, being very close to the west entrance of Yellowstone and conveniently situated among restaurants and shops. The dining experience was satisfying with a variety of food choices but could have used more daily variety. Overall, the hotel offered a mix of positives and negatives that influenced my stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with clean and comfy rooms and super friendly staff. The location was perfect, close to Yellowstone Park and within walking distance of restaurants and shops.
